At KHANG Pharmacy, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Supplements and OTC products are non-returnable for safety reasons.
  • If an error is made on our part, we accept returns for supplements and OTC products. Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Opened or used supplements and health products
  • Perishable or temperature-sensitive items
  • Items marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at Info@khangpharmacy.com with your order number, phone number, and reason for return.
  2. Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
  3. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days.

4. Refunds

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchanges

We offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a damaged product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage.

6. Defective or Incorrect Items

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us immediately at Info@khangpharmacy.com and we will make it right at no additional cost to you.
