Dai has more than a decade of experience across community, ambulatory, outpatient, and hospital pharmacy environments. His community pharmacy background includes pharmacy management and professional experience with Walgreens, Walmart, and CVS Health.
These roles contributed experience in medication dispensing, patient counseling, pharmacy operations, insurance processes, workflow management, and pharmacy team leadership.
Today, that experience is applied within an independent pharmacy environment at Khang Pharmacy, where pharmacist accessibility, professional accountability, patient communication, and careful pharmacy practice remain central to the organization.
