Shipping Policy

At KHANG Pharmacy, we are committed to delivering your health and wellness products safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below.

1. Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 2–3 business days
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (order must be placed before 12 PM PST)

3. Shipping Rates

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $100
  • Standard Shipping: $10.00 for orders under $100
  • Express Shipping: $25.00–$60.00
  • Overnight Shipping: $80.00–$200.00

Final shipping rate is calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our website or the carrier's website.

5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to all 50 US states. Some products may have shipping restrictions due to state regulations. If your order cannot be shipped to your location, we will notify you promptly and issue a full refund.

6. International Shipping — Canada

We currently ship to Canada. International orders are subject to applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery to Canada typically takes 7–14 business days via standard international shipping. We are not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

Note: Some supplement products may be subject to import restrictions or require regulatory approval in the destination country. Khang Pharmacy is not responsible for products detained or refused by customs. We recommend verifying import eligibility for your country before ordering.

7. Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at Info@khangpharmacy.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
